How Movora Enterprise handles personal data in connection with its brands, services, bookings and events.

This notice applies where Movora Enterprise collects or controls personal data in connection with its commercial services. Brand-specific terms may apply to individual bookings.

1. Personal data we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, booking and attendance details, communications with us, service preferences, photographs or video where you have been notified, and technical information generated when you use our online services.

2. Why we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, deliver bookings and events, process payments, communicate schedules or changes, provide customer support, meet legal obligations, protect the safety of participants and improve our services. We use marketing communications only where permitted by law and you may opt out at any time.

3. Payments and service providers

Card and online payments may be processed by Stripe or another approved payment provider. Movora Enterprise does not store full card-number details. We may also use service providers for email, forms, website hosting, cloud storage, venues, instructors, event co-organisers and professional advisers where needed to deliver the service or meet legal obligations.

4. Sharing and international processing

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose it to service providers and partners where reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, or where disclosure is required by law. Some technology providers may process data outside Malaysia; where this occurs, we will take reasonable steps to use appropriate providers and safeguards.

5. Retention and security

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the relevant service, accounting, legal, dispute-resolution or business-record purposes. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access or correct personal data we hold about you, withdraw marketing consent, or raise a privacy concern. Some information may be necessary to complete a booking or payment; if it is not supplied, we may be unable to provide the requested service.
