& Safety

Reasonable conduct and safety expectations for classes, workshops, socials, competitions and showcases.

Effective date: 25 August 2026

Dance and event participation can involve physical exertion, close movement and venue-specific risks. Please take part responsibly and follow reasonable safety instructions.

1. Participant responsibility

Participants must assess their own fitness and ability, disclose relevant health concerns where appropriate, respect personal boundaries, and follow reasonable instructions from instructors, venue staff and event organisers. Do not participate while unwell, impaired or in a manner that creates a safety risk to yourself or others.

2. Respectful conduct

Movora Enterprise aims to support safe, inclusive and respectful dance spaces. Harassment, intimidation, unwanted physical contact, dangerous conduct, discrimination, excessive intoxication or repeated disregard of instructions may result in removal from an activity or venue without refund where reasonable in the circumstances.

3. Risk and liability

Participation in dance, classes and events carries inherent physical risk. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Movora Enterprise is not responsible for loss, damage or injury arising from participation. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

4. Photography and video

Events may be photographed or recorded for event documentation and promotion. Where practical, notices will be displayed. If you have a reasonable concern about being featured, contact the organiser or event team and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate it.

5. Venue and programme changes

Venue rules, capacity limits, weather, artist availability and safety conditions may require reasonable programme, timing or venue changes. We will communicate material changes as soon as practicable.
