1. Licence to use

Unless stated otherwise, digital products and materials are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-transferable use only. You may not copy, publish, resell, distribute, upload, share publicly, teach from commercially or create derivative products from the materials without prior written permission.

2. Creative work

Choreography, music edits, training materials, branding, videos, written content and digital downloads remain the intellectual property of Movora Enterprise or the relevant rights holder. A client booking may include a specific agreed usage right; all other rights are reserved.

3. Access and delivery

Digital products may be delivered by email, download link, member access or another method specified at purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address and maintaining reasonable access to the relevant device or account.

4. Refunds

Where a digital product has been delivered, downloaded or accessed, refunds may be limited unless the product is defective, materially different from its description or a refund is otherwise required by applicable law. Contact us promptly if you have an access or delivery problem.
