Booking,
Refunds &
Rescheduling
Consumer booking terms for services and events operated by Movora Enterprise.
Effective date: 25 August 2026
1. Event tickets, socials and workshops
Ticket terms, inclusions and entry conditions are shown on the relevant event page or checkout. Unless an event listing states otherwise, tickets are non-refundable after purchase. A name transfer may be considered on written request before the stated event deadline, subject to organiser approval and any reasonable administrative requirements.
If Movora Enterprise cancels an event, affected customers will be offered a refund or, where appropriate and agreed, credit toward a replacement event. If an event is postponed or materially changed for reasons outside our reasonable control, we will communicate the available options as soon as practicable.
2. Classes, coaching and choreography
Private classes, coaching and choreography may involve advance planning, consultation, music editing, rehearsal time or reserved studio time. Cancellation and rescheduling conditions will be stated in the quotation or booking confirmation. Once a session, consultation or commissioned creative work has commenced, fees for work already performed are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
3. Rescheduling and customer cancellations
Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule. We will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative date, subject to instructor, studio, venue and programme availability. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session or booking being treated as used where the relevant resources were reserved.
4. Refund processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where practicable. Processing time depends on the payment provider and card issuer. We will explain the refund amount and timing when confirming an approved refund.
5. Questions and complaints
Contact Movora Enterprise first at movora.co@gmail.com or WhatsApp +60 13 388 8071 so that we can try to resolve the concern promptly. This does not restrict rights you may have under applicable law or through your payment provider.
